Meet Pete Goudie

Born in central Iowa, Dennis “Pete” Goudie grew up in West Point, a small town in northeast Nebraska. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and Graduated from University Nebraska at Omaha with a degree in Healthcare Administration.

Prior to joining the TG Healthcare team, Pete has worked in many industries that serve him well in his current position as a nurse recruiter. Golf Crew at a Country Club, construction, he also worked as a bartender where he learned the fine art of listening to the customer. His last job before joining your team at TG Healthcare was working the telemetry floor at The Nebraska Medical Center.

Pete has a passion for traveling, and has spent time overseas. He loves soaking in culture and history and wishes to see the world. He is always thrilled to know nurses who get to see the country every thirteen weeks!

Pete enjoys time with family and friends, helping others. He stays active by playing golf, softball, volleyball, soccer, and loves watching football.

Meet Shannyn Snyders

Shannyn, born and raised in the great state of Minnesota, serves as a model to educate and encourage both our clients and our staff. She is very detail-oriented and extremely hard working. She brings her outgoing personality and dedication to the office daily. She is a proven asset and a valuable team member.

Shannyn’s previous experience focused on the management and customer service industries. An extremely organized and ambitious self-starter, Shannyn is a natural fit for TG Healthcare and the healthcare staffing industry.

Shannyn attended the University of South Dakota where she studied Criminal Justice, Psychology and German. During her time at school, Shannyn was a member of many academic and social organizations.

Shannyn loves working out, riding bikes, shopping, walking her dog Fenway, attending plays/ballets and any kind of sporting event- especially football! She has a passion for her family and enjoys volunteering for the Children’s Miracle Network.

Meet Heather Oberg

Heather is a go-getter who excels at building long-term relationships with her clients.

She attended the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and graduated from Clarkson College with a degree in Healthcare Business Administration.

Prior to joining the TG Healthcare team, Heather worked at a large medical center on a Medical/Oncology/Stroke Unit where she learned the value high-caliber nurses bring to the arena of quality patient care. She also became aware of the demands placed on nurses due to the ongoing nursing shortage.

Heather enjoys spending her free time with family and friends as well as volunteering at the American Red Cross. She enjoys an active lifestyle through exercise, playing sand volleyball, and softball.

Meet Hannah Bryant

Hannah Bryant is originally from Colorado. She has a background in public relations which she parlayed into a sales and customer service career. Using today’s technology she is able to produce positive results with ease. TG Healthcare benefits from her expertise, knowledge, and willingness to teach others how to succeed with today’s social networking tools. Hannah’s can-do attitude and tremendous sense of humor are welcome additions to the TG family.

Hannah enjoys exploring the local farmers’ market for fresh produce and searching for exotic items in flea markets and antique shops. She also has a serious green thumb and a fantastic garden to prove it! Hannah is a prolific reader who will often enjoy her favorite book while relaxing by the pool. She also enjoys shopping and spending time with friends and family whenever possible.

Meet Brad Garrett

Prior to Founding TG Healthcare, Brad launched his career in healthcare with a private-owned staffing firm based in the Midwest. During 5 years there, he held numerous leadership roles including sales manager. His duties included traveling the country visiting hospitals, tradeshows and meeting with healthcare/nursing professionals and negotiating hospital contracts.

Brad's extensive experience, operational leadership qualities, and his focused, results-oriented approach have resulted in an impressive history of leadership achievements. His focus on your career goals will undoubtedly bring benefits to your professional and personal life.

Brad is a native of Orange County, California and was raised in northern California. A former professional golfer and avid golf nut, Brad spends much of his free time on the course.

Meet Darin Taylor

A partner with TG Healthcare, Darin has over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry. Since becoming a nursing consultant and advisor in 2001, he has set himself apart as a respected industry leader. Healthcare Traveler Magazine's™ Recruiter Showcase recognized him as a National Recruiter of the Year for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008 and 2009.

Born in New Hampshire, Darin grew up in the heart of America in Kansas City. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1995 and now resides in Omaha with wife Jennifer and their Beagle-Boston Terrier, Carly. Darin loves the opportunity to build lasting relationships and help people expand their horizons.

He gains personal fulfillment from helping others become successful – this mission is his calling. Darin works hard and plays hard. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, playing golf, the piano, and, as he calls it, playing chef!
