Meet Todd Livingston

A native of "Steeler Nation," Todd Livingston grew up just outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Todd moved to the Midwest to attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in biology. He then went on to earn another Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where he was highly active in NSNA, the National Student Nurses Association.

Prior to TG Healthcare, Todd worked as a team leader with a privately owned staffing firm based in the Midwest. Along with mentoring his team of 12 recruiters, Todd was also a new hire trainer. But Todd didn’t just teach and lead - he worked hard. He’s always been a hard worker. He consistently ranked in the top 10% company-wide in the sales team.

He has an extensive knowledge of the nursing field and the travel nursing industry, and has an innate ability to focus on the individual needs of each nurse he works with.

Todd also gives back to the community. He’s spent time as a coach for boys’ football at Girls and Boys Town and as a “big brother” with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands.

Todd spends most of his free time with family and friends; and enjoys golfing and fly fishing. But most of all, he loves running. Todd is an avid marathon/ultra-marathon runner.

Meet Pete Goudie

Born in central Iowa, Dennis "Pete" Goudie grew up in West Point, a small town in northeast Nebraska. He attended undergraduate school at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln and graduated from Clarkson College with a degree in Healthcare Administration.

Prior to joining the TG Healthcare team, Pete worked at The Nebraska Medical Center on a telemetry unit, coordinating activities associated with daily patient care. Pete quickly learned how hospitals function, and the challenges nurses face each day. In addition to his work on the telemetry unit, Pete assisted nurses by providing patient support when needed.

Pete has a passion for traveling and has been to four continents and intends to explore all seven as soon as possible. He’s lived in Hawaii, toured Australia, and attended the World Cup Soccer Tournament in Germany. Pete thrives on soaking up different cultures and exploring their history. He loves the time he spends traveling.

Pete also enjoys spending time with family and friends, along with helping others. He volunteers periodically as a high school wrestling coach. He stays active by playing golf, softball, volleyball, soccer, and loves watching football.

Meet Stephanie Gale-Kudlacek

Born in Oklahoma and raised in the South, Stephanie serves as a model to educate and encourage both our clients and our staff. She is a detail-oriented and an extremely hard working associate. She brings her optimistic outlook on life and sunny disposition to our office daily.

Stephanie began her career as a Fitness Director where she managed over thirty people. Her experience in management was honed while working for a company which hires physicians to provide services to nursing homes.

Stephanie returned to college and graduated in 1998 to pursue her first love – nutrition. She is an advocate for good health and wellness.

Stephanie is happily married to her husband Patrick and together they have nine children!

Stephanie loves to cook, camp, backpack, fish, hike, workout, and remodel homes. She has a passion for children and enjoys spending time tutoring.

She is a an asset to the TG family and is available to help your experience with us be a positive one! We are pleased to have Stephanie as an integral member of TG Healthcare.

Meet Brad Garrett

Prior to Founding TG Healthcare, Brad launched his career in healthcare with a private-owned staffing firm based in the Midwest. During 5 years there, he held numerous leadership roles including sales manager. His duties included traveling the country visiting hospitals, tradeshows and meeting with healthcare/nursing professionals and negotiating hospital contracts.

Brad's extensive experience, operational leadership qualities, and his focused, results-oriented approach have resulted in an impressive history of leadership achievements. His focus on your career goals will undoubtedly bring benefits to your professional and personal life.

Brad is a native of Orange County, California and was raised in northern California. A former professional golfer and avid golf nut, Brad spends much of his free time on the course.

Meet Darin Taylor

A partner with TG Healthcare, Darin has over ten years of experience in the healthcare industry. Since becoming a nursing consultant and advisor in 2001, he has set himself apart as a respected industry leader. Healthcare Traveler Magazine's™ Recruiter Showcase recognized him as a National Recruiter of the Year for 2003 & 2004.

Born in New Hampshire, Darin grew up in the heart of America in Kansas City. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1995 and now resides in Omaha with wife Jennifer and their Beagle-Boston Terrier, Carly. Darin loves the opportunity to build lasting relationships and help people expand their horizons.

He gains personal fulfillment from helping others become successful – this mission is his calling. Darin works hard and plays hard. He enjoys spending quality time with his family, traveling, playing golf, the piano, and, as he calls it, playing chef!
